Fort Myers, FL – August 4, 2025 — GCG Construction has officially turned over MarineMax’s flagship Yacht Sales & Service Facility in Fort Myers, delivered on time and under budget. The successful completion of this 30,000+ square foot project marks a major milestone for both companies and a significant boost for the Southwest Florida boating community.
The state-of-the-art facility was thoughtfully designed and meticulously built to blend form and function. At its core is a two-story, 12,000+ square foot concrete block structure that houses MarineMax’s sales team, service technicians, private offices, conference rooms, and collaborative gathering spaces.
Adjoining the main structure is a 17,731 square foot pre-engineered metal building containing expansive service bays with 40-foot-high clearances designed to accommodate large vessels and streamline service operations. This hybrid design, brought to life by GCG Construction, combines operational efficiency, durability, and comfort to deliver an elevated experience for MarineMax clients and staff alike.
The project was a collaborative effort among industry leaders, with GMA Architects & Planners serving as the architect of record and Bowman providing civil engineering services.
