Project Description

GCG Construction, Inc. proudly announces the completion of the new MarineMax Fort Myers Yacht Sales & Service Center, a state-of-the-art waterfront facility designed to redefine the boating experience in Southwest Florida.

Located on a sprawling 23-acre property, the flagship center serves as a premier destination for yacht sales, maintenance, and storage, elevating the region’s marine infrastructure. The facility includes 276 rack storage spaces, 128 wet slips, and 40-foot-high service bays capable of accommodating a vast range of vessels. With a 75-ton lift capacity and seamless access to the Caloosahatchee River, the center is engineered for both functionality and sophistication.

Spanning over 30,000 square feet, the main building features a contemporary coastal design with clean architectural lines, expansive glass facades, and refined interior finishes that reflect MarineMax’s commitment to excellence. Inside, GCG Construction delivered a high-end environment throughout that includes luxury offices, a marble-clad reception area, advanced conference spaces, and a customer lounge designed for comfort and collaboration.

“We’re honored to have partnered with MarineMax on this landmark project,” said Teely Byrd, Vice President of GCG Construction. “Our team worked closely with the client to ensure that every detail from structural innovation to interior design embodies the quality and craftsmanship that both GCG and MarineMax stand for.”

This flagship facility executed by GCG Construction reinforces MarineMax’s leadership in the boating industry and its commitment to providing world-class service to Southwest Florida’s vibrant boating and yachting community.
