GCG Construction, Inc. has long admired Stock Development, one of the region’s most innovative and dynamic real estate companies. As the STOCK brand has grown and diversified, Stock Commercial was created. Stock has awarded GCG with the construction of two new commercial buildings located at Fruitville Commons which is part of the Fruitville initiative, a mixed-use interconnected community that will create a vibrant new gateway for Sarasota.
Set on 42 acres at I-75 and Fruitville Road, Fruitville Commons combines a walkable development of upscale luxury apartments, boutique hotels, office park and retail shops, all surrounding an inviting common green space.
GCG will be commencing this summer on the construction of the commercial Building D, approximately 7,300 sf along with Building E, approximately 8,000 SF, simultaneously. Look for more updates coming summer of 2022!
