Two Men & A Truck is a new +7,000 s.f., fully sprinklered, ground-up building with full site development including new water, sewer, and fire line services. Half of the building will consist of corporate offices that will include a Break Room/Lounge area and shower facilities for employees. The other half of the building will be warehouse space for clients to use as temporary storage during their move. The building will also have a large mezzanine that will be used for training new employees on how to properly navigate stairs while moving large furniture and other items. The project is located on Cam Court in the Alico Commercial Park and is currently under permit review. Construction is expected to commence in late October to early November with completion in mid-2019.
