Bonita Springs, FL – GCG Construction is proud to announce its selection as Construction Manager and General Contractor (CM/GC) for The Sanctuary Golf & Social Club’s (www.thesanctuarygolfandsocial.com) debut Florida location. The 28,000-square-foot indoor golf and social venue will anchor the Prado at Spring Creek center in Bonita Springs, transforming the former Big Lots space at 25191 S. Tamiami Trail.
The Nashville-based brand’s expansion will bring an innovative mix of sports, dining, and leisure to Southwest Florida. The facility will include eight cutting-edge golf simulator suites (including a private VIP suite), four pickleball courts, an upscale bar and dining lounge, and a range of immersive social experiences.
The project design team includes Studio AD Architect, Resolute Hospitality, and L-Design Studio. As CM/GC, GCG Construction will manage all preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, trade coordination, and execution. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2026.
