Lerin Byrd and her entire team at GCG Construction epitomize excellence in their field. We hired them to build this very detailed and complex project, and they handled the immeasurable curve balls and changes with detailed and efficient execution. Lerin and her team are organized, detailed, tough, and fair. It is a rarity in our business to find GC's who are excellent at all four levels (Ownership involvement, estimating, Project Management, and onsite Super-Intendants).
