GCG Construction, Inc. broke ground on the new waterfront Deep Lagoon Seafood & Oyster House Restaurant located at 482 Blackburn Point Rd. in Osprey, Florida. The project is 3.36 acres land zoned CM Commercial Marina with in-water and covered boat slips. The 9,900 SF two story seafood restaurant features indoor and outdoor dining on the second floor to take advantage of the magnificent views at Blackburn Bay. The open kitchen plan and fresh seafood market, as well as the high ceilings further enhance the spaciousness of this fine restaurant. A separate dining room, great for parties or office meetings is incorporated into the design. Dockage is available for those visiting by boat and plenty of parking for those coming by land. Completion is scheduled for April 2022.
