GCG Construction, Inc. is proud to announce the ground breaking of the MarineMax Pensacola, Florida project. After suffering significant damage from Hurricane Sally, GCG was tasked with getting the 10 acre property with multiple buildings back in operation while plans, specifications and permits were obtained for a complete marina renovation and expansion. The updates to this already impressive marine facility will include a new 10,000 SF service building, renovations to the existing sales offices, service building & boat barn. New shade canopies, upgrades to the existing docks, the addition of new docks, new fuel systems, new travel lift well, and seawall renovations are part of this exciting project. As the construction manager and general contractor, GCG will ensure that the current marina operations are able to continue during all renovations while keeping safety at the forefront for all parties.
