GCG Construction, Inc. is proud to announce one of their newest projects which is the renovation of a 15,000 SF two-story building located at 15671 San Carlos Blvd, in Fort Myers, FL. Once completed, this will become the new home of Midland Trust’s headquarters for Fort Myers. The interior renovations are currently underway and will bring new life to this structure. Demolition of the first and second floors will allow for a complete transformation of the space. GCG will facilitate the restructuring of new interior walls and ceilings, adding plumbing, electrical, lighting, HVAC, and fire sprinkler updates on a fast-track schedule. The project is slated for completion first quarter of 2022.

We hired them to build this very detailed and complex project, and they handled the immeasurable curve balls and changes with detailed and efficient execution. Lerin and her team are organized, detailed, tough, and fair. It is a rarity in our business to find GC's who are excellent at all four levels (Ownership involvement, estimating, Project Management, and onsite Super-Intendants).
