GCG Construction, Inc. has reached many milestones on this spectacular waterfront establishment for Deep Lagoon Seafood & Oyster House, part of the Phelan Family Brands. Located at 482 Blackburn Point Road in Casey Key, the new 9,900 SF two story building, with its magnificent views of Blackburn Bay, is in the final stages of having the exterior stucco work completed, with exterior paint to follow. The interior work continues to transform this structure into a fine restaurant that will feature an open kitchen plan, fresh seafood market, as well as having a separate dining room which will host parties or office meetings. The parking lot base has been installed with plenty of parking to accommodate those coming by land, as well as dockage available for those visiting by boat. A Spring 2022 completion is slated for this project.
