Lerin Byrd and her entire team at GCG Construction epitomize excellence in their field. We hired them to build this very detailed and complex project, and they handled the immeasurable curve balls and changes with detailed and efficient execution. Lerin and her team are organized, detailed, tough, and fair. It is a rarity in our business to find GC's who are excellent at all four levels (Ownership involvement, estimating, Project Management, and onsite Super-Intendants). GCG is an outstanding company with well-qualified and professional staff.  During BCI's project, they communicated often and explained each step of the process.  Their team is committed to maintaining an exceptional customer relationship.  The project timeline was met with little interruption. Working with GCG Construction on the build out of one of our retail locations proved to be an excellent decision. Their team allowed us to focus on our core business while the project progressed at an impressive pace.  They provided excellent communication throughout the process. We also benefited from their strong industry connections in delivering the project within budget at a time when costs in construction were very challenging to contain.
