Estero, FL — GCG Construction is proud to announce the completion of the Ideal Nutrition tenant buildout at the Marketplace at Coconut Point, located in Suite 107. The new location officially opened on Friday, March 27, introducing Ideal Nutrition’s first Southwest Florida location to the Estero community.

The 1,538-square-foot interior buildout transforms a newly delivered retail shell into a modern, high-energy space aligned with Ideal Nutrition’s brand. Designed by Neuvio Architects, the store features polished concrete floors, exposed ceilings, and a mix of pendant and track lighting that creates a clean, contemporary environment.

A custom front service counter with wood accents and integrated lighting anchors the space, set against a bold green feature wall with illuminated branding. Perimeter shelving, a central display table, and glass-front refrigeration provide efficient flow and strong product visibility, while a built-in “Welcome to Estero” feature adds a localized, welcoming touch.

Sunday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
