Project Description

Following the construction of the shell buildings at Fruitville Commons Building D and E, GCG secured a contract with Generator Supercenter to oversee the build-out process. Generator Supercenter of Southwest Florida is the #1 Generac dealer in North America and they are a leader in whole house generators.

The project involved a thoughtful design of the space to create a practical and appealing environment. The comprehensive build-out features finished painted concrete flooring, sound-deadening panels, cloud acoustical grids with motion sensor lights, and a modern spiral duct HVAC system. The employee break room includes upper and lower cabinetry, an acoustical grid system, and durable LVT flooring.

Architectural design was provided by GMA Architects & Planners. The synergy between the two entities ensured an integration of design and construction elements, contributing to the overall success of the venture.
