We hired them to build this very detailed and complex project, and they handled the immeasurable curve balls and changes with detailed and efficient execution. Lerin and her team are organized, detailed, tough, and fair. It is a rarity in our business to find GC's who are excellent at all four levels (Ownership involvement, estimating, Project Management, and onsite Super-Intendants). Andrew and Lee were excellent in their capacity as P.M. and S.I. and the steady and measured involvement of Lerin as owner helped deliver as nice of a retail project as exists in the Estero area.
