Following the recent passing of Hurricanes Helene and Milton, The Marketplace at Coconut Point is fully operational, with construction efforts back on track and progressing rapidly. Significant milestones have been achieved, including the completion of the majority of sitework, such as grading and the installation of building pads for Miller’s Ale House and McDonald’s. Site advancements include the first layer of asphalt for parking, as well as substantial progress on curbs and sidewalks. Foundations for three retail buildings are set, with vertical construction actively ongoing.
In line with our commitment to “good neighbor” practices, perimeter sidewalks have been installed, and we’re working closely with local maintenance teams to enhance landscaping to better-than-before standards. With the return of seasonal residents, we’ve prioritized these efforts to ensure The Village of Estero and neighboring residents are pleased with the community’s progress.
Within the construction site, underground electrical and utilities installations are advancing, followed by irrigation systems and selected tree plantings. We are committed to maintaining this momentum as we contribute to the progress and growth of the Estero community.
