Completion of Estero Commons Project

GCG Construction, Inc. (www.gcgbuilds.com) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Estero Commons project, a significant addition to the burgeoning commercial landscape of Estero. This achievement underscores GCG’s commitment to delivering innovative construction solutions that shape thriving communities.

Estero Commons is a newly constructed ground-up vanilla shell building, designed for Stock Development. This architectural gem spans 4,781 sq. ft. and is thoughtfully divided into three future tenant spaces. The exterior façade of Estero Commons adheres to the Village of Estero Design Requirements, boasting multiple parapet elevation changes and three distinct towers crowned with elegant barrel tile roofs.

The building’s exterior is further adorned with aluminum awnings, pergolas, decorative tile accents, and stacked stone column bases, adding to its visual appeal. Sitework for the project included creating additional parking spaces, complete with a drive-thru lane behind the building. Additionally, a new dumpster enclosure featuring decorative metal gates was installed.
